Daily Rates:

Bayshore Cottage - $150.00/day (plus 6% taxes)

Pelican's Rest - $150.00/day (plus 6% taxes)

The minimum stay is two nights. Please call for weekly & monthly rate quotes.

Payment Policy:

Cash or personal check please. (Credit cards are not accepted)

Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

To secure reservations a deposit of $150.00 is required.

To cancel a reservation, 72 hours notice is required for a deposit refund.
